Discussions polono-marocaines sur la coopération dans l’industriel ferroviaire

Le 11e Congrès mondial du train à grande vitesse est le plus important rendez-vous international de cette année consacré au train à grande vitesse. Plus de 1500 délégués du monde entier sont venus au congrès, organisé par l’UIC et l’ONCF. Parmi eux se trouvait également une délégation de Pologne, qui comprenait des représentants des chemins de fer polonais PKP, du hub logistique CPK, du producteur de matériel roulant PESA, de l’Ambassade de Pologne au Maroc et de l’Agence Polonaise de l’Investissement et du Commerce.

Le président de l’UIC, Krzysztof Mamiński, président du groupe PKP, en ouvrant le congrès, a souligné l’importance croissante du chemin de fer en tant que moyen de transport et les tâches auxquelles l’UIC est confrontée :

– « L’objectif de notre organisation est la coopération de l’industrie ferroviaire du monde entier, en agissant ensemble, nous pouvons élaborer les meilleures solutions pour la mobilité de demain. »

La rencontre de la délégation polonaise avec le président de l’ONCF, Mohamed Rabie Khliey, a été consacrée aux possibilités de coopération. Y ont participé Krzysztof Mamiński /Président de PKP/ Krzysztof Zdziarski /Président de PESA/, Krzysztof Karwowski /Ambassadeur de la République de Pologne au Maroc/ et Jan Bochniak /Agence Polonaise des Investissements et du Commerce/.

Entre autres, il a été question de la convention entre PKP et ONCF dont l’objectif sera d’échanger les expériences liées à l’extension et à la modernisation du réseau ferroviaire. PESA a présenté son offre de véhicules régionaux, interrégionaux, tramways et véhicules à l’hydrogène pouvant être fournis au marché marocain.

– « Notre stratégie suppose une présence croissante sur les marchés internationaux. Pesa est le principal fournisseur des chemins de fer polonais et, parallèlement, les exportations représentent près de 60 % des ventes de l’entreprise. Nous nous ouvrons à des marchés tels que le Maroc, principalement en raison de l’intérêt pour nos véhicules innovants », a déclaré Krzysztof Zdziarski, PDG de PESA.

Au cours de la réunion, les possibilités de participation de PESA à la création d’un ecosystème industriel ferroviaire qui doit être un espace intégrant les fournisseurs locaux de chemin de fer et de matériel roulant, ainsi qu’un lieu d’échange de savoir-faire et de planification de projets communs.

PESA est le plus grand fabricant de matériel roulant en Pologne. Les trains et tramways PESA circulent dans toutes les régions polonaises et la plupart des grandes villes ainsi que dans plus d’une douzaine de pays européens. Les tramways PESA sont utilisés, entre autres, par les habitants de Varsovie, Kiev ou Sofia. Nos véhicules transportent des passagers entre autres des chemins de fer allemands DB, Trenitalia italien, Czeskie Drahy ou PKP Intercity.

Pesa propose une famille complète d’unités régionales et urbaines avec des vitesses allant jusqu’à 200 km/h et développe son offre de grande vitesse également. Le portefeuille de la société comprend une large gamme de trains de voyageurs avec différents systèmes de traction, allant des trains électrique et à l’hydrogène (BMU et HMU) aux solutions hybrides (BEMU, HEMU) et aux solutions multi-systèmes (3, 15, 25 kV).

PESA propose également des voitures à deux niveaux, des tramways et toute une famille de locomotives. L’entreprise a également commencé la réalisation d’un projet High Speed.

La production de véhicules à zéro émission, y compris des locomotives et des trains passagers à hydrogène, est l’élément clé de la stratégie « Green Pesa » qui suppose la réduction maximale de l’empreinte carbone tant dans la production que dans l’exploitation des véhicules ferroviaires.

Polish-Moroccan talks about cooperation during the World High-Speed Rail Congress in Marrakesh. PKP and PESA confirmed their willingness to engage in the construction of a railway industrial cluster.

The 11th World High-Speed Rail Congress is this year’s most important international meeting dedicated to high-speed rail. Over 1,500 delegates from all over the world came to the congress, which was hosted by UIC and ONCF. Among them was also a delegation from Poland, which included representatives of Polish Railways PKP, Polish Transport Hub CPK, rolling stock producer PESA, Polish Embassy in Morocco and Polish Investment and Trade Agency

The chairman of UIC, Krzysztof Mamiński, President of the PKP Group, opening the congress, emphasized the growing importance of railways as a means of transport and the tasks facing UIC:

– « The goal of our organization is cooperation of the railway industry from around the world, acting together we can work out the best solutions for tomorrow’s mobility.”

The meeting of the Polish delegation with the president of the ONCF, Mohamed Rabie Khliey, was devoted to the possibilities of cooperation. It was attended by Krzysztof Mamiński /President of PKP/ Krzysztof Zdziarski /President of PESA/, Krzysztof Karwowski /Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Morocco/ and Jan Bochniak / Polish Investment and Trade Agency /. Among others, the agreement between PKP and ONCF was discussed, the aim of which will be to exchange experiences related to the expansion and modernization of the railway network. PESA presented its offer of regional, interregional, trams and hydrogen vehicles that could be supplied to the Moroccan market.

– “Our strategy assumes a growing presence on international markets. Pesa is the main supplier for Polish railways, and at the same time export accounts for almost 60% of company’s sales. We are opening up to markets such as Moroccan, primarily due to the interest in our innovative vehicles,” – said Krzysztof Zdziarski, PESA CEO.

During the meeting, the possibilities of PESA’s participation in the creation of a railway industrial cluster were discussed, which is to be a space integrating the Moroccan railway and rolling stock suppliers, as well as a place for exchanging know-how and planning joint projects.

PESA trams are used, among others, by the inhabitants of Warsaw, Kiev or Sofia. Our vehicles carry passengers of e.g. German DB Railways, Italian Trenitalia, Czeskie Drahy or PKP Intercity.

Pesa offers a complete family of regional and urban multiple units with speeds of up to 200 km/h and high speed under way. Pesa offers also double – deck trains, trams and a family of locomotives. The company has also begun realization of a HS project.

The production of zero-emission vehicles, including hydrogen-powered locomotives and passenger trains, is the key element of the “Green Pesa” strategy, which assumes the maximum reduction of the carbon footprint both, in the production and operation of rail vehicles.
